1993年

1997年
Boxin industrial Company Limited was founded in 1997, engages in clothing, automobile parts, general merchandise, rolledsteel, construction and building decoration and so forth sales on the strength of one company.

2000年
Dongguan Handsome Investment Co.LTD was established in 2000, specializes in investment.
At the same time, Dongguan Yuegang Garden Construcion Co.LTD was established, giving priority to develop Shatian Yuegang garden realestate projects.

2002年
In 2002, Dongguan Handsome Property Management Co.LTD was established, mainly engaging in realty management and club management.
In the the same year, Dongguan Handsome Investment Group Co.LTD was founded, it becomes the first private enterprise group in Dongguan area.

2003年
In 2003, the Southern Hotel (Guangdong Handsome hotel management  Co., LTD) was started operation formally.

2004年
In 2004,Guanzhou Handsome no.1 street shopping center’s management Co. LTD was established, starts to run the business with six-floor shopping area of Guangsheng building.
Besides, Dongguan handsome Real Estate Co. LTD was established, primarily engaging in the development and management of realestate projects, and extensive investment in research and development the Yuegang projects of Hengli Town.

2005年
In 2005,Dongguan Vigor Yuegang real estate development Co. LTD was established, is specialized in processing the development the Vigor Yuegang project.

2008年
In 2008, Guangdong Handsome biological pharmaceutical Co. LTD was founded, the goal is to marched towards the state-level high technology development zone – Songshan Lake, it marks the Handsome group finally entered hi-tech industry, starting biologically pharmaceutical research & development and production.  
Establish Handsome Dongguan International Hotels limited Co., LTD develop Handsome International Hotel.

2009年
After the acquisition of Investment and Development Co.LTD Shenzhen prosperity in 2009, He began to built Handsome five-star hotel projects in Shenzhen.

2010年
In 2010, Handsome group relocated its headquarters to Songshan lake national grade high-tech industrial park, the company would develop to step on a new stage.
