Handsome Property Company Adopted ISO9001 Quality Management System

    In order to improve service quality, enhance corporate image, one of the work plans for Handsome Property Company in 2010, is adopted “ISO9001 Quality Management System". The certification can standard the property's services and establish property management documented quality system and train employees.
    The first thing is to hire professional consultants for the guidance, as import ISO9001 quality system is a very professional, highly theoretical work. Property Management Company initial imported ISO9001 quality system should hire a professional adviser who knows ISO9001 quality system very well and with property management experience.
    Under the leadership of the company's general manager Zhang, with a series of preparatory work and many negotiations and selections, finally, in May 10 2010, Property Management Company signed a contract to import ISO9001 quality system certification with Shenzhen Kang Daxin Management Consultant Co., Ltd. Dongguan Sales Department. On May 17, Property Management Company organized a manager level conference; met with director Zhao from business department, Consultant Company and teacher Liu who is responsible for the system certification training, Liu described the three stages of system certification:
Phase I: carry out the investigation and evaluation for management system, establish a system file
    According to ISO9000 standard quality, gradual establishes the company management system. First, plan and design the overall quality management system then carry out investigation and evaluation for quality management system. Determine the company's quality policy and quality objectives, organizational structure, the duty, resources; finally determine the quality management system structure. Then according to Handsome Property’s inherent characteristics, organize the staff to write workable quality management system documents. After the meeting, Liu went to all departments and the management office to visit, conduct investigation for the company management system.
    Phase II: quality management system implementation, operation and maintenance
After documentation, document review, approval of payment. Liu is responsible for organizing the company's full implementation for quality management education and training then go into a comprehensive system of trial operation. The main inspection at this stage is to check whether company’s operation is according to the documentation requirements. Whether self-evaluation for the quality management system is adequate and effective, whether it has been implemented.
    Phase III: company officials evaluate the system and apply for third-party certification
When the above work is completed, Handsome Property will apply for the third-party certification.
